President & Executive Director & CEO
Nana Akua Otubea Baah, Mampong Nkosuohemea (Development Queen Mother)
30+ years of experience in government, grants management, community development, and entrepreneurship. Global MBA in Economic Development (University of Houston-Victoria). Enstooled as Development Queen Mother of Mampong Akuapem during the Odwira Festival (October 2025).

Miriam Arkoh, CA
Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in financial management and nonprofit compliance. Oversees budgeting, reporting, and audit-ready financial systems as KGEDC scales.
Ankur Tyagi
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Leads KGEDC's technology strategy, including digital infrastructure, AI integration, and the organization's 5-year blockchain roadmap.

Board Secretary (Non-Director Officer)
Attorney with expertise in corporate governance. Maintains corporate records, supports board communications, and helps ensure compliance with Ghana's Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).

Oversees day-to-day operations of Nteasee House in East Legon, Accra - ensuring a refined guest experience while supporting KGEDC's social enterprise mission.

Mary Magdalene Ahorlu
Executive Assistant
Provides executive-level administrative support to the CEO, coordinating communications, scheduling, and organizational logistics across programs and operations.

Emmanuel Amoh-Obeng
Traditional Authority Liaison
Serves as the bridge between KGEDC and traditional authorities in partner communities, supporting cultural protocols, community engagement, and collaborative development planning.

Malachi "Mac" Elliott
Art Gallery Partner & Curator, Nteasee House
Curates rotating exhibitions at Nteasee House, featuring Ghanaian and diaspora artists. Creates economic opportunities for artists while enriching the cultural experience for guests.
