In 2011, driven by a desire to master the mechanics of systemic justice, she relocated her entire family to Dallas, Texas, to pursue a career in corporate law. An unexpected encounter at a career fair redirected her path permanently: recognizing that economic infrastructure has a more immediate, transformative impact on daily human dignity than protracted litigation, she pivoted into financial services.

Entering the financial services industry with Primerica — a Fortune 1000 company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: PRI) — Sylvia built a formidable career backed by six professional licenses under strict US SEC and FINRA regulatory oversight. Over fifteen years, she engineered wealth-preservation, compliance, and financial protection architectures for hundreds of families, proving that strict adherence to systemic rules is the ultimate vehicle for human empowerment.

After a decade of highly successful execution in the US corporate sector, Sylvia expanded her professional footprint to the African continent. She conducted an intensive, eight-month investigative transit through Ghana, Rwanda, and Tanzania — and the profound alignment with the land, the people, and the unmapped potential of West African infrastructure redefined her trajectory. She secured her Ghana Nationalization Citizenship and established Accra as her primary corporate and personal residence, seamlessly piloting her active US financial practice alongside her West African enterprises.
